A detailed hygiene concept has been developed so that the handball players from TuS Treudeutsch 07 Lank e.V. can finally take up their beloved ball sport again. In order to make re-entry into the sport as safe as possible, the club relies on the digital visitor list Inscribe, so that spectators and visitors can be registered in times of Corona. In this way, contact tracing can be guaranteed in the event of an incident and the potential spread of viruses is kept as low as possible.
Inscribe as a sporty solution for training and match days
The sophisticated hygiene concept for the resumption of play includes compulsory masks, minimum distance and spectator registration using Inscribe. The digital guest list has been used since the first resumed training sessions to register spectators, relatives and friends of the handball players. Even during test matches and the subsequent successful start of the players’ season, handball fans were registered with the help of Inscribe.
“With Inscribe, our fans can register quickly and easily. This way they protect themselves and others! And we can all concentrate on what is really important to us: handball!”
Alexander Gronwald, Head of the Handball Department of TuS Treudeutsch 07 Lank e.V.
The association was particularly impressed by the ease of use of Inscribe. By generating an individual QR code, the check-ins of the guests can be clearly assigned to the Forstenberg hall where the handball players from TuS Treudeutsch play. The spectators who want to follow the games no longer have to fill out paper lists, but can simply pull out their smartphones at the hall entrance to scan the QR code. People from the same household can be checked in collectively.
The collected data will be stored for four weeks in accordance with the basic data protection regulation. Only the relevant contact person can view the data with a private access key. This key is issued once during registration. No one else, including COCUS AG as the operator of Inscribe, has access to the personal data.
After this period has expired, the data is automatically deleted. If the public health department approaches the TuS Treudeutsch during this period, it can provide a complete list of all persons who have been in the hall on a particular date with just one click in accordance with DSGVO. This also eliminates the time-consuming search for the right documents.
