To ensure that volleyball can fly again despite corona, every club needs an individual hygiene concept. The Bavarian Volleyball Association is now presenting Inscribe as a digital list of participants to its member clubs. This enables the volleyball players from Bavaria to prevent the spread of the corona virus and finally to play their beloved sport again.
The BVV focuses on sustainable and secure possibilities to make the volleyball season a complete success, despite the obligation to keep records. This is because the contactless and paperless web app Inscribe does without pen & paper, thus protecting not only trees but also the data of those present. This means that the whistle can be blown directly in the halls again, and there is no longer any need for documentation, administration or data protection.
Inscribe as a sporty solution for training and match days
The volleyball players in Bavaria are SMART. Because they come to tournament days with a smartphone, mask, distance and consideration. All these are components for the compliance with the state requirements for the resumption of play.
In future, visitors, coaches and participants will be able to use their smartphones to enter their names in the clubs’ digital list of participants on match days by means of posted QR codes. People from the same household can also register together by simply adding more people at check-in. Thanks to the digitally generated time stamp, potential chains of infection can be traced more precisely and quickly.
“We are working hard to make it as easy as possible for the Bavarian volleyball clubs during the Corona period to make the game as fun as possible. Inscribe is the participant list of our choice for the secure and data protection compliant documentation of our participants, coaches and visitors “.
says Georg Kettenbohrer, Media Coordinator Bavarian Volleyball Association
The main reasons for choosing Inscribe were its ease of use, savings in administrative costs and the secure storage of personal data.
This is because the data collected from those present is stored in encrypted form in accordance with the DSGVO (basic data protection regulation). No outsiders, not even COCUS AG as the operator of Inscribe, have access to the encrypted personal data. Only with the help of the access key, which is assigned to the data protection officer during the registration process, can the data be decrypted if necessary and forwarded to the public health department. After a period of four weeks, the stored data is automatically deleted in accordance with the DSGVO. This digital solution minimises the administrative work involved in collecting and deleting personal data for the responsible persons with just a few clicks and also ensures that the data is made available quickly and securely.
Quick, easy and contactless check-in with Inscribe – for a safe season!
